*Cut tube with a tube cutter. Leave as cut as this keeps the tube clean. Prebend to shape if required. Place the nut on the tube, shoulder first.
*Install the Locking O Ring (Viton) in the second groove. (This will be either the largest diameter or the thickest section.)
*Install the secondary seal (Viton) in the first groove. Ensure the Face seal (Viton) is in the fitting. Lubricate the Orings with grease or oil. Connect the nut to the fitting and screw to shoulder. A light nip witha spanner is sufficient.
Note: For best results when cutting the tube do not apply too much pressure to the tube cutter. Try to get about 10-12 revolutions before the tube breaks. Gradually work the tube till it snaps clearly.
